The My Notes section is the home for everything you write. Here, you can create, manage, and organise all your notebooks and folders, from quick jots to long-form projects in one space.

Everything you create sits here:

• Quick Notes for disjointed thoughts.
• Personal Notebooks for deeper work and journalling.
• Folders to group and organize your space.

Creating a Notebook

You can create as many notebooks as you need on your SuperrBook. It’s just one-tap away!

• Tap the Notebook button to create a new notebook.

• Scribble a name for your notebook. **As you write, notice how the name appears below - Superr automatically understands your handwriting at every step!
• Pick a cover design - any color or a fun pattern to give your notebook its own little identity!
• Tap Create. Your notebook will now be ready in your Notes space.

Creating a Folder

Folders help you keep your notes organised by subject, topic, or theme. Make multiple folders, nest your notebooks inside them, and keep the chaos at bay!

• Tap the Folder button to create a new folder.

• Scribble a name for it. Just like with Notebooks, Superr will recognise your handwriting and convert it into text here as well.
• Pick a folder colour. Swipe through to see all the options and find a visual identity that feels just right.
• Tap Create! Your new folder will be ready to use.

Action Bar

This bar lets you take actions on your notebooks and folders in the My Notes tab.

To get to it, long press on an item. Once selected, you can Favourite, Edit, Move, or Delete your selected items.

Favourite

Mark important notebooks or folders as Favourite to access them quickly later. Tap the heart icon from the action menu to favourite or unfavourite an item anytime. Your favorited notebooks and folders will get a small heart on top of them!

Edit

Rename or change notebook and folder covers easily. Tap the 3 dots in the action bar and hit Edit. You’ll jump straight back into the edit page where you can rewrite a name or select a different cover before you save your choices!

Move

You can move notebooks or entire folders inside other folders in your space to keep things better organised.

• Tap Move from the 3 dots menu in the action bar.
• Go to the folder or subfolder you want to move your selected items to.
• Tap Move Here to confirm.

Delete

Remove notebooks or folders you no longer need. Tap Delete from the 3 dot menu in the action bar and press Delete to confirm.

Items you delete will move to the Trash.

Managing Your Notes

Keep your space neat and easy to navigate with flexible sorting, filtering, and view options.

You can find all these actions under the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of your page.

View

Toggle between different viewing styles, like a Grid View for a visual layout or a List View for a more compact, detail-driven structure.

Sort

Arrange your notebooks and folders the way you like.

• Alphabetically: Sort by the name of your notebooks and folders.
• Last Modified: Sort to see the most recently edited items first.

Filter

Focus on what matters by filtering items.

• Everything: This is the default view.
• Personal Notebooks: Filter to only see the Notebooks you have created.
• Favourite Items: Filter to see the items you’ve marked as favourite.
